We are actively hiring experienced caregivers in Western Pennsylvania.

This position is part of our community supported living program Direct Care Workers will visit participants in their home assisting them with tasks that may otherwise prohibit them from maintaining their independence.

Responsibilities: Job duties and tasks may consist of the following based on clients’ needs and abilities: Bathing, grooming, toileting, medication reminders. Using assistive devices such as Hoyer lift, wheelchairs, gait belts, and other repositioning equipment. Transport and accompany individuals to activities as needed. Participating in grocery shopping and preparing meals and snacks. Cleaning assigned areas of the home as well as completing laundry. Recording all pertinent information and reporting to direct supervisor.
